New Issue: UBS prices $33.63 million capped leveraged notes on S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 12 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $33.63 million of 0% capped leveraged notes due May 11, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,187.50 per $1,000 of notes.
Investors will have full exposure to any index decline.
