New Issue: UBS prices $4 million callable step-up notes with 0.35% start rate

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 19 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $4 million of callable step-up notes due Nov. 6, 2024, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The interest rate per year is 0.35% initially, stepping up to 0.45% on Nov. 6, 2021, to 0.55% on Nov. 6, 2022 and to 0.65% on Nov. 6, 2023. Interest is payable quarterly.
The notes are callable at par quarterly after one year.
The payout at maturity will be par.
UBS Securities LLC and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
