New Issue: UBS prices $4.33 million digital notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Los Angeles, July 21 – UBS AG London Branch priced $4,327,000 of 0% digital notes due Oct. 6, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above 90% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 9.52%. Investors will lose 1.1111% for each 1% index decline beyond 10%.
