New York, March 23 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $499,853.9 of 10.07% annualized trigger yield optimization notes due Nov. 27 linked to the shares of SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The face amount of each note is $222.95, which is equal to the initial share price of the ETF.
Interest is payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the final price is less than 70% of the initial share price, in which case investors will receive one SPDR S&P 500 ETF share per note.
UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
