Spirit AeroSystems accepts all $1.11 billion of tendered 7½% second-lien notes due 2025

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 20 – Spirit AeroSystems Inc. said it accepted all $1,108,194,000 principal amount of notes tendered by the expiration date of its cash tender offer for any and all of its $1.2 billion of outstanding 7½% senior secured second-lien notes due 2025 (Cusips: 85205TAL4, U84591AD5), according to a news release.
The amount includes $219,000 principal amount of notes tendered under guaranteed delivery procedures.
As announced on Nov. 8, the company was offering a consideration of $1,007.80 per $1,000 principal amount, plus accrued interest.
The offer expired at 5 p.m. ET on Nov. 15, which was also the withdrawal deadline.
The deadline for tenders to be delivered under guaranteed delivery procedures was 5 p.m. ET on Nov. 17.
