LimaCorporate meets conditions to redeem floaters due 2023 on Feb. 3

Lexington, Ky., Feb. 3 – LimaCorporate SpA announced that the conditions have been satisfied to redeem its €275 million senior secured floating-rate notes due 2023 (ISIN: XS1662516217, XS1662519153), according to a notice.

The Regulation S and Rule 144A notes will be redeemed in full on Feb. 3.

LimaCorporate is an Undine, Italy-based medical device supplier.
