DNB Bank to redeem all €50 million 3.5% notes due 2044

Chicago, Dec. 20 – DNB Bank ASA is optionally redeeming early the €50 million 3.5% notes due January 2044 (ISIN: XS1002930300), according to a notice.

All of the notes are being redeemed at par.

The redemption date will be the interest payment date on Jan. 8.

The financial services company is based in Oslo.
