PPF Telecom to redeem €600 million of 3½% notes due 2024

Lexington, Ky., June 21 – Central & Eastern Europe-focused PPF Telecom Group BV, formerly PPF Arena 1 BV, announced an early redemption of €600 million of its 3½% notes due May 20, 2024 (ISIN: XS2176872849), according to an announcement.

The issuer will redeem the notes in full on the optional redemption date of July 20 at a make-whole premium together with interest.

The make-whole amount will be determined by BNP Paribas, the determination agent, on June 22.

The telecommunications infrastructure company operates O2 Czech Republic, CETIN and Telenor CEE.
