Development Bank of Kazakhstan partially repurchases bonds due 2031

Chicago, Jan. 17 – JSC Development Bank of Kazakhstan provided notice that it repurchased $29.69 million principal amount of its 2.95% notes due 2031 (ISINs: XS2337670694, US25159XAD57), according to an announcement.

After cancellation, there will be $254,523,000 of the notes outstanding.

The issue was part of a tender offer in October. The original issue size was $500 million, according to the Prospect News archives.

The issuer may make further repurchases subject to market conditions.

The bank is based in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan.
