Pro Kapital Grupp to seek to extend 2024 bonds by at least four years

Lexington, Ky., Nov. 27 – AS Pro Kapital Grupp intends to ask for investors’ consent to extend the redemption date of its 8% senior secured callable fixed-rate bonds 2020/2024 (ISIN: SE0012801172) with a total value of €28.5 million by at least four years to Feb. 20. 2028, according to a press release.

In relation to the extension, the issuer plans increase the interest rate and to partially redeem no more than 30% of the bonds.

The company stated in the release that a written procedure and a detailed proposal to amend the bonds will follow as soon as possible prior to a bondholder vote.

The bonds currently trade on the Nasdaq Stockholm exchange.
