Cloudflare calls 0.75% convertibles due 2025 for July 18 redemption

Columbus, Ohio, May 11 – Cloudflare Inc. issued a notice to redeem all of its outstanding 0.75% convertible notes due 2025 on July 18 at par plus interest, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Holders of the notes will have the right to convert their notes at any time prior to the close of business on July 14.

Cloudflare is a San Francisco-based web infrastructure and cybersecurity company.
