Cirsa issues call for €403 million portion of 6¼% notes

Lexington, Ky., Oct. 27 – Cirsa Finance International Sarl will redeem a €403 million portion of its €563 million 6¼% senior secured notes (Cusips: 184955903, 184955890) due 2023, according to a notice from the issuer.
The notes will be redeemed on Nov. 9 at par plus accrued interest totaling €9,725,173.61.
Interest will cease to accrue on the redemption date.
The redemption is conditioned on the consummation of the company’s new senior secured notes offering in an amount sufficient to pay the redemption, interest and related fees plus other specified conditions.
Deutsche Trustee Co. Ltd. is the trustee.
Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch is the principal paying agent.
Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas is the U.S. paying agent.
Cirsa is a Madrid-based gaming company. The company was formerly known as LHMC Finco Sarl.
