CNRC Capitale to redeem $600 million 3.9% perpetuals on Dec. 2

Lexington, Ky., Oct. 11 – CNRC Capitale Ltd. will redeem in full its $600 million 3.9% senior guaranteed perpetual securities (ISIN: XS1622745203) guaranteed by China National Chemical Corp. on Dec. 2, according to a notice.

The redemption will be at par plus accrued distributions including any arrears of distribution and any additional distribution amount to the redemption date.
