Sunny Express Enterprises calls $300 million 3.35% senior notes

Lexington, Ky., Sept. 9 – Sunny Express Enterprises Corp. will redeem in full its $300 million 3.35% senior guaranteed perpetual securities on the first call date of Oct. 23, according to a notice.

The redemption will be at par plus any accrued distribution including any arrears of distribution or additional distribution amount.

Sunny Express is a wholly owned subsidiary of China National Travel Service Group Corp. Ltd., which unconditionally and irrevocably guarantees the notes.

Sunny Express offers travel services throughout Hong Kong.
