Russia’s Nornickel updates on consent solicitation for five series
Chicago, Sept. 2 – PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel provided an update regarding its five-note consent solicitations in a press release on Friday.
There were two extraordinary resolutions for each of the five notes. Both resolutions passed for four of the notes and one series will have the resolutions considered again at an adjourned meeting.
The consent solicitations concern Norilsk’s $1 billion 6 5/8% loan participation notes due 2022 (ISINs: XS1298447019, US55314WAC82), $1 billion 4.1% loan participation notes due 2023 (ISINs: XS1589324075, US55315NAA19), $750 million 3 3/8% loan participation notes due 2024 (ISINs: XS2069992258, US55315NAC74), $500 million 2.55% loan participation notes due 2025 (ISINs: XS2134628069, US55315NAD57) and $500 million 2.8% loan participation notes due 2026 (ISINs: XS2393505008, US55315NAE31).
The fourth series, the 2025 notes, will have an adjourned meeting.
For the other four notes, a new trustee has been appointed and amendment documents have been executed.
For the 2025 notes, the voting deadline is now 11 a.m. ET on Sept. 14.
The adjourned meeting will be held at 5 a.m. ET on Sept. 16.
No consent fee will be paid.
