VCredit repurchase brings 11% notes outstanding to $44.53 million

Chicago, Aug. 29 – VCredit Holdings Ltd. made a partial repurchase of $4,585,000 of its $85 million 11% senior notes due 2022 (ISIN: 2263287935), according to a notice.

VCredit paid $4,539,150 plus interest for the notes.

The repurchase was made by way of private agreement with independent third parties.

The repurchased notes represent 5.39% of the original principal amount and 9.34% of the outstanding principal amount.

The repurchased notes are being canceled. Following cancellation, there will be $44.53 million of the notes, or 52.39% of the original amount, outstanding.

The company said it may make further repurchases and will update the market accordingly.

Based in Hong Kong, the company offers microloans, financing guarantees, financial leasing and other services.
