United Mexican States to redeem 1 5/8% notes due 2024 on April 25

Lexington, Ky., March 24 – The United Mexican States will redeem in full all its outstanding 1 5/8% global notes due 2024 (ISIN: XS1198102052) on April 25, according to a notice on Thursday.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus a make-whole amount. Accrued interest will also be paid to the redemption date.

Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch is the paying agent. Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas, as the trustee, will cause funds to be paid to Euroclear Bank, SA/NA for further payment to its participants.

On the redemption date, the notes will be canceled and delisted from the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
