Officine Maccaferri calls noteholder meeting for 5¾% notes due 2021

Chicago, July 5 – Officine Maccaferri SpA is hosting a noteholder meeting for holders of its 5¾% senior notes due 2021 (ISINs: XS1074643013, XS1074596344), according to a notice.

Noteholders are being asked to approve a resolution at a meeting at 9 a.m. ET on July 25.

If a quorum is not present on July 25, a second meeting will be held at 9 a.m. ET on July 26.

For the first meeting, holders representing at least half the notes need to be represented, and if there is a second meeting, a quorum would be one-third representation.

The meeting will be held at the office of notary Angelo Busani in Milan.

The consent expiration time is 11 a.m. ET on July 20. Electronic consent instructions or electronic attendance notices are due by that time.
