Mexico’s Latina Offshore maturity date extension bid fails

Chicago, Nov. 11 – Latina Offshore Holding Ltd. did not receive sufficient votes to extend the maturity date of its 8 7/8% senior secured callable bond issue (NO0010683832) through Nov. 15, according to a notice.

The company sought an additional month from the original Oct. 15 maturity date to continue discussions with noteholders.

The trustee reported that favorable votes were received from holders representing 62.17% of the bonds, not enough for adoption.

Nordic Trustee AS is the trustee for the notes (+47 22 87 94 00, mail@nordictrustee.com).

Latina Offshore is the offshore division of Mexico-based Constructora y Perforadora Latina SA.
