Chorus Aviation to redeem remaining C$115 million 6% debentures

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 14 – Chorus Aviation Inc. will redeem the remaining C$115 million outstanding of its 6% debentures due Dec. 31, 2024 on Dec. 30, according to a press release.

The debentures will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest using the net proceeds from a recently completed sale of two wholly owned aircraft by Chorus subsidiary Falko Regional Aircraft, as well as Chorus' available cash.

The Dartmouth, N.S.-based holding company controls regional and charter airline operator Jazz Aviation LP.
