Imerys to redeem all €300 million 2022 notes at par on Dec. 31

Los Angeles, Dec. 1 – Imerys issued a notice of redemption for its €300 million 0.875% notes due March 31, 2022 (ISIN: FR0013143344).

The notes will be redeemed in whole at par of €100,000 plus accrued interest to the Dec. 31 redemption date. The aggregate amount of interest payable on the redemption date is €1,977,739.73.

BNP Paribas Securities Services is the paying agent.

Imerys is a multinational company based in Paris that specializes in the production and processing of industrial minerals.
