Lloyds Bank to pay $329.95 million to redeem 0% bonds due 2045

New York, Sept. 4 – Lloyds Bank plc plans to pay $329,949,079 to redeem its zero-coupon bonds due Sept. 18, 2045 (ISIN: XS1287779034), according to a news release.

The bonds will be called and delisted on Sept. 18 at a price of 126.41727169.

The principal amount of bonds is $261 million.

Lloyds is a bank and financial services group based in London.
