Public Service Co. of Oklahoma to redeem all 5.15% notes on June 1

Tacoma, Wash., April 30 – Public Service Co. of Oklahoma will redeem the entire outstanding $250 million principal amount of its 5.15% senior notes, series H, due Dec. 1, 2019, according to a company news release.

The notes will be redeemed on June 1 at par of $100 per note plus interest through the redemption date and the required make-whole premium.

The issuer is a Tulsa, Okla.-based public utility subsidiary of American Electric Power Co., Inc., which is a Columbus, Ohio-based electricity provider.
