Reykjavik Energy repurchases ISK 943.35 million 3.1% bonds at discount

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 11 – Orkuveita Reykjavikur repurchased ISK 943,351,029 nominal amount of its 3.1% bonds, series OR090524, at a discount for a price of ISK 697,270,555, according to a company news release.

The bonds are due in 2024 and were issued in 2016.

Orkuveita Reykjavikur, also known as Reykjavik Energy, is a public utility company providing electricity and water. It is based in Reykjavik, Iceland.
