Steel Dynamics to redeem $700 million 5 1/8% notes due 2021

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 11 – Steel Dynamics, Inc. called its full $700 million of 5 1/8% senior notes due 2021 for redemption on Jan. 10, according to a news release.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee and paying agent.

Steel Dynamics is a Fort Wayne, Ind.-based steel producer and metals recycler.
