Israel’s Elbit Imaging buys back NIS 387,506 more series I notes

Chicago, Nov. 15 – Elbit Imaging Ltd. said it bought back another NIS 387,506 par value of its series I notes.

Under the buyback plan, Elbit has repurchased NIS 31,664,887 of the series I notes at a weighted average price of 127.8922 for a total purchase price of NIS 40,496,934, according to a press release.

Since the issue of the notes in February 2014, the company has published two buy-back plans for the repurchase of up to NIS 120 million of notes.

As of Thursday, the company has purchased NIS 73.9 million notes for a total cash consideration of NIS 89.7 million, the release noted.

Elbit Imaging is a Tel Aviv-based holding company with real estate, medical imaging, hotel, shopping mall and retail interests.
