Bonitron buys back $1 million 8¾% loan participation notes due 2022

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 10 – Bonitron DAC repurchased $1 million of its $341,361,000 outstanding 8¾% loan participation notes due 2022 through open market transactions on Sept. 24, according to a notice.

Following the buyback, $340,361,000 of the original $350 million principal amount remains outstanding.

Bonitron is a Dublin-based special purpose entity. It issued the notes on behalf of Eurotorg LLC, a supermarket operator based in Minsk, Belarus.
