Cent CLO 20 considers redemption of seven classes of notes due 2026

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 20 – Cent CLO 20 Ltd./Cent CLO 20 Corp. said a majority of its subordinated noteholders and the collateral manager are exploring the possible optional redemption of seven classes of securities.

The following notes would be redeemed in whole by liquidation:

• $285 million of class A-R floating-rate notes due 2026;

• $29.75 million of class B-1-R floating-rate notes due 2026;

• $20 million of class B-2-R floating-rate notes due 2026;

• $38.5 million of class C-R deferrable floating-rate notes due 2026;

• $22.25 million of class D deferrable floating-rate notes due 2026;

• $19 million of class E deferrable floating-rate notes due 2026; and

• $44.75 million of subordinated notes due 2026.
