Avoca CLO XVI redeems six classes of notes due 2029, as planned

Chicago, Aug. 8 – Avoca CLO XVI DAC said it redeemed six classes of notes due 2029 on Wednesday under a notice sent to holders on July 6.

The following notes were redeemed at the outstanding principal amount plus accrued interest, according to a notice issued Wednesday:

• €273.25 million class A senior secured floating-rate notes;

• €58.85 million class B senior secured floating-rate notes;

• €25.65 million class C deferrable mezzanine floating-rate notes;

• €22.5 million class D deferrable mezzanine floating-rate notes;

• €27.75 million class E deferrable junior floating-rate notes; and

• €11.8 million class F deferrable junior floating-rate notes.
