Blue Hill CLO directed to redeem seven classes of notes on April 16

Olympia, Wash., April 3 – Blue Hill CLO, Ltd./Blue Hill CLO, LLC received direction from a majority of its subordinated noteholders to redeem seven classes of notes on April 16, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date for the following redemption prices:

• $238,722,669.39 for the class A-R notes;

• $33,773,989.80 for the class B-1-R notes;

• $20,163,576 for the class B-2-R notes;

• $41,422,455.80 for the class C-1-R notes;

• $5,054,375 for the class C-2-R notes;

• $32,417,721.60 for the class D notes; and

• $22,347,683.60 for the class E notes.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

New York City-based Invesco Senior Secured Management, Inc. is the collateral manager.
