WideOpenWest Finance redeems $89 million of remaining 13 3/8% notes

Chicago, Feb. 1 – WideOpenWest Finance, LLC redeemed the remaining $89 million of its 13 3/8% senior subordinated notes on Dec. 18, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company said it paid par plus an early call premium of $6 million and accrued interest of $5.1 million.

As previously announced, the company redeemed $159.1 million of the 13 3/8% notes on Sept. 15, 2016 at par plus $10.6 million early call premium and $3.5 million in accrued interest.

The notes were issued under an indenture dated July 17, 2012.

WideOpenWest is a Denver-based provider of data, video and telephone services.
