Consolidated Minerals cancels, redeems all 8% secured notes due 2020

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 20 – Consolidated Minerals Ltd. canceled and redeemed all of its outstanding 8% senior secured notes due 2020, according to an announcement from the company.

Consolidated Minerals said that it canceled $431,208,846 of the notes on Dec. 5.

The company issued a notice of redemption for the remaining notes on Dec. 8 and redeemed the $258,658 of notes in full on Dec. 18.

Consolidated Minerals is a producer of manganese ore with mines in Australia and Ghana. It is based in St. Helier, Jersey.
