Dryden XXVI Senior Loan Fund to redeem six note classes on Jan. 16

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 7 – Dryden XXVI Senior Loan Fund/Dryden XXVI Senior Loan Fund LLC received direction from a majority of its subordinated noteholders to redeem six classes of notes from refinancing proceeds, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed in full at par plus accrued interest on Jan. 16:

• $234,374,411.41 of class A notes;

• $38 million of class B notes;

• $35 million of class C notes;

• $20 million of class D notes;

• $17 million of class E notes; and

• $7 million of class F notes.
