Shackleton II CLO to redeem six classes of secured notes on April 20

Minneapolis, April 7 – Shackleton II CLO, Ltd./Shackleton II CLO, Corp. plans to redeem six classes of secured notes and some income notes, according to a notice from trustee U.S. Bank NA.

The secured notes will be redeemed in full at par plus accrued interest on April 20 for the following total redemption prices:

• $213,382,541.98 of class A-1-R notes;

• $15,108,004.13 of class B-1-R notes;

• $25,188,125 of class B-2-R notes;

• $24,220,806.60 of class C-R notes;

• $20,246,505.50 of class D-R notes; and

• $21,327,080.78 of class E notes.

The income notes will be redeemed on a date to be determined following the redemption of the secured notes.
