China’s Golden Wheel buys back RMB 86 million 11¼% notes due 2016

Morgantown, W.Va., March 30 – Golden Wheel Tiandi Holdings Co. Ltd. repurchased RMB 86 million of its 11¼% senior notes due 2016 between January and February, according to a company announcement.

The buyback amount represents 14.33% of the RMB 600 million original principal amount.

The company used cash from internal resources to purchase the notes.

Golden Wheel Tiandi is a Hong Kong-based commercial and residential property developer, owner and operator that focuses on projects in Jiangsu and Hunan provinces that are physically connected or in close proximity to metro stations or other transportation hubs.
