Harbourmaster CLO 8 to redeem class N notes due 2022 on Sept. 14

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 7 – Harbourmaster CLO 8 BV gave notice that it will redeem its outstanding €35 million class N subordinated notes due 2022 on Sept. 14.

The Netherlands-based issuer said that holders of at least 50% of the outstanding class N notes have exercised their right to have the issuer redeem the notes in whole.
