Missouri HEFA defeases $78.5 million 2004 Washington University revs

Norfolk, Va., May 4 – The Missouri Health and Educational Facilities Authority defeased $78.5 million of its series 2004A and 2004B variable-rate demand educational facilities revenue bonds issued for the Washington University, according to a notice.
The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on May 14:
• $39.25 million of 2004A bonds due Feb. 15, 2034; and
• $39.25 million of 2004B bonds due Feb. 15, 2034.
The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
