Banque PSA Finance begins tender offer for four series of notes

Chicago, March 11 – Banque PSA Finance said it began a tender offer for four series of its notes.
The company will pay 101.019% of par for its €650 million 4% notes due June 2015 and 102.484% of par for its €600 million 4.875% notes due September 2015, according to a company press release.
Pricing for the other two series guaranteed by the republic of France will be set at 6 a.m. ET on March 19 using a reference security less a fixed spread as follows:
• For the €1.2 billion 0.625% notes due April 2016, DBR 3.5% notes due Jan. 4, 2016 minus 10 basis points; and
• For the €300 million 0.375% notes due July 2017, DBR 4.25% notes due July 4, 2017 minus 10 bps.
The tender offer will end at 10 a.m. ET on March 18, with settlement set for March 23.
