Singapore’s Cordlife buys back S$47 million of 4.9% notes due 2017

Chicago, Dec. 16 – Cordlife Group Ltd. said it repurchased S$47 million principal amount of its 4.9% notes due 2017.

After settlement on Dec. 18, the outstanding amount of notes will be S$73 million, according to a company notice.

Cordlife said it issued S$120 million principal amount of the notes on Oct. 29, 2014 under its S$500 million multicurrency debt issuance program.

Cordlife is a Singapore-based health care company that provides cord blood and cord lining banking services.
