Unione Di Banche calls €337.7 million preferreds from three series

Minneapolis, Dec. 27 - Unione Di Banche Italiane ScpA plans to redeem portions from three series of perpetual preference shares totaling €337.7 million at the first useful regular redemption date, according to a press release.

Banca Popolare di Bergamo Capital Trust will redeem €182.1 million of its preferreds on Feb. 15, Banca Lombarda Preferred Securities Trust will redeem €90.3 million of its preferreds on March 10, and Banca Popolare Commercio e Industria Capital Trust will redeem €65.3 million of its preferreds on March 27.

UBI Banca is a Bergamo, Italy-based banking group.
