Associated Estates to redeem its 7.92% trust preferred securities

Knoxville, Tenn., May 13 - Associated Estates Realty Corp. said it will redeem all of its outstanding 7.92% trust preferred securities at par plus interest to June 30, the redemption date.

Associated Estates is a Richmond Heights, Ohio-based real estate investment trust.
