Waterford Gaming redeems $6.477 million 8 5/8% notes using excess cashflow
New York, March 27 - Waterford Gaming, LLC said it redeemed $6.477 million of its 8 5/8% senior notes on March 15 as required under the excess cash flow provisions of the securities.
The Waterford, Conn., casino operator paid 106.596% of par, according to a 10-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Previously $5.599 million of the notes were redeemed on Sept. 15, 2005 at the same price, $5.6 million on March 15, 2005 at 107.610% of par, $5.025 million on Sept. 15, 2004 at 107.610% of par, $7.302 million on March 15, 2004 at 108.625% of par and $1.912 million on Sept. 15, 2003 at 108.625% of par.
The company originally priced $155 million of the notes in June 2003.
