By Jennifer Chiou

New York, Sept. 13 - Dobson Communications Corp. said it will redeem all $299 million of its 10 7/8% senior notes due 2010.

The redemption date is Oct. 17.

The company said it will use the proceeds of its recent completed offerings of $150 million of senior floating-rate notes due 2012 and $150 million of senior convertible debentures due 2025 for the redemption.

Based in Oklahoma City, Dobson provides wireless phone services to rural U.S. markets.

On Nov. 8, 2004, the company bought back $1 million of the 10 7/8% notes.
