Tru Grit Fitness files Chapter 11 bankruptcy in Nevada court

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 8 – Tru Grit Fitness LLC filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Wednesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada.

In its petition, the company listed $10 million to $100 million in assets and $50 million to $100 million in liabilities.

Its largest unsecured creditors are EFP Capital Solutions, LLC, based in Excelsior, Minn., with a $63.04 million finish goods and interest claim, and FedEx, based in Memphis, Tenn., with a $1.71 million freight out shipping charges claim.

A creditor meeting is scheduled for Jan. 12.

A Chapter 11 plan is due by April 6.

The company is represented by Schwartz Law, PLLC.

Tru Grit is a Las Vegas-based professional fitness equipment company. The Chapter 11 case number is 22-14320.
