Moody's assigns B2 to Total Play notes

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a B2 rating to Total Play Telecomunicaciones, SA de CV’s proposed $500 million senior notes due 2027.

At the same time, Moody's affirmed Total Play's B1 corporate family rating and the B2 rating on the existing $575 million 7½% senior notes due 2025. The outlook is stable.

Proceeds from the bond issuance will be used to repay existing secured debt, to fund the company's expansion plan and for general corporate purposes.
