THL Credit Wind River may refinance numerous classes of notes

Chicago, Oct. 8 – THL Credit Wind River 2016-2 CLO Ltd., as issuer, and THL Credit Wind River 2016-2 CLO LLC, as co-issuer, notified holders that all of the rated notes may be refinanced.

THL Credit Advisors LLC is the investment manager.

The notice was sent to holders of class A, B, C-1, C-2, C-3, D, E-1, E-2 and subordinated notes.
