TerniEnergia holders OK disinvestment under €25 million notes due 2019

Chicago, Nov. 16 – TerniEnergia said holders gave their consents at a meeting held Monday for its €25 million notes due 2019.

The company asked for approval to carry out a disinvestment transaction related to the transfer of up to the entire shareholding held by the company in Free Energia SpA, according to a press release.

TerniEnergia, a part of the Italeaf Group, operates in the renewable energy sector and is active in the photovoltaic field.
