New Issue: Texas Capital Bank sells $175 million 5.25% notes due 2026

Virginia Beach, Jan. 31 - Texas Capital Bank NA priced $175 million of 5.25% subordinated tier 2 notes due 2026, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Joint bookrunners were Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. and Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Texas Capital is based in Dallas.
