East Bay Municipal, Calif., calls $386.82 million water system bonds

Minneapolis, Nov. 5 - East Bay Municipal Utility District, Calif., called $386,815,000 of its water system revenue refunding bonds, according to a series of redemption notices.
The following bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Dec. 3.
• $35,405,000 of series 2008A-1 bonds due June 1, 2038, leaving $61,725,000 outstanding;
• $26,565,000 of series 2008A-2 bonds due June 1, 2038, leaving $46,275,000 outstanding;
• $26,565,000 of series 2008A-3 bonds due June 1, 2038, leaving $46,275,000 outstanding;
• $26,565,000 of series 2008A-4 bonds due June 1, 2038, leaving $46,275,000 outstanding;
• $43.35 million of series 2008B-3 bonds due June 1, 2026, leaving $15.1 million outstanding;
• $114.36 million of series 2009A-1 bonds due June 1, 2026, leaving $41.04 million outstanding; and
• $114,365,000 of series 2009A-2 bonds due June 1, 2026, leaving $41,035,000 outstanding.
The Bank of New York Melon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
The district is based in Oakland, Calif.
