Global Water Technologies calls convertibles held by Highgate House

Des Moines, Oct. 26 - Global Water Technologies, Inc. announced it is redeeming all of its outstanding convertible debentures issued to Highgate House Funds Ltd., a subfund of Yorkville Advisors.

Global Water is a water treatment and services company based in Denver.
